It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, Smart TV with Roku, Amazon Prime Video for movies and series, sky news and other Roku channels. It has hot water all the time, gas stove with oven, kettle, microwave, big fridge with freezer, fast and reliable internet, private bathroom, there is a terrace on the top of the building with a 360 degrees view of the city. The flat is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. Chedrahui is about 8 minutes walking you can buy there all your consumables. There is a water dispenser 2 minutes walking to the apartment where you can refill your water bottle, they deliver directly to your apartment if you tell them.
The flat is a turn-key rental. You are responsible for your consumables including drinking water. There is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment and a Chedrahui store which is the Mexican version of Walmart, it is 8 minutes walking.
